Meeting Logistics - Personal Requirements - Contract Agreements


Holding Dates

We will tentatively hold your date at the time of booking. Due to the fact, that we have numerous inquiries for Sara's services and our desire to give clients an immediate answer, event dates can only be confirmed on our master calendar by prompt return of the Speaking Agreement with the fee.

Recording Permission

The fee quoted is based on the fact that there will be no audio or visual recordings made of the presentation. permission for audio and/or visual recordings, for non-commercial use, must be made through Sara L. Airfare ,Hotel & Local Travel

Airfare,Hotel accommodations and local travel ( ground transportation at destination) are not included in the engagement fee and will be charged separetely.
